What You'll Do

  • Write clear and concise product briefs, epics, stories, and tasks that provide detailed requirements for the development and QA teams.
  • Work across internal business units and customers to understand and document their requirements to embed the EverBright mobile application into the daily lives of our customers.
  • Own data analysis to inform data-driven decisions and define insights.
  • Collaborate with the other Product Management team members to align goals and outcomes as well as improve the overall effectiveness of the Product Management organization.
  • Define and track metrics to measure the success of our consumer mobile application.
  • Lead with best practices for agile mobile development.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Duties

  • Write clear and concise product briefs, epics, stories, and tasks that provide detailed requirements for the development and QA teams with no supervision
  • Contribute to the primary interaction with the implementation teams (Dev, QA, Design, and Marketing) to ensure successful product delivery
  • Work closely with the functional area-specific teams to ensure their tools are fully supported and issues are resolved quickly
  • Own research and product discovery across internal business units and external parties, and document requirements with no supervision
  • Own the requirements, implementation, and documentation of specific features
  • Own data analysis to inform data-driven decisions and define insights
  • Own product roadmap for an initiative with limited supervision
  • Ensure functional area documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
  • Develops a clear understanding of the competitor landscape, market trends, and customer/partner needs as it pertains to a specific domain
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 2+ years
