Position Description

We are seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program.  As a Field Services and Monitoring Specialist, you will be asked to:

  • Support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities to maintain the performance of solar systems.

  • Manage monitoring of solar systems to ensure they are performing as expected.

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for ensuring EverBright systems are and installed and performing as expected.  This role will require a deep understanding of O&M responsibilities and monitoring requirements of solar systems.

 

Additional Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant equipment is operational and available to support plant production requirements. This includes technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.

Job Duties

  • Ensures EverBright owned assets are installed according to applicable codes, standards, plans and specifications.

  • Assists third parties in service and repair work required for installed systems.

  • Communicates with EverBright partners and internal team members on any quality deficiencies.

  • Provides timely monitoring and audits of solar systems via monitoring portals.

  • Develops, implements, and maintains programs to ensure job quality, safety and cost.

  • Provides training to partners on monitoring best practices.

  • Creates detailed reports on the field service work and monitoring data.

  • Implements strategies to improve processes to continually refine operations.

  • Makes recommendations to strategic plans.

  • Ensures field activities comply with company policies and government regulations.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Additional Job Responsibilities

  • Trains production personnel

  • Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner

  • Conducts activities in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practices

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
