As the Digital Marketing Strategy Lead you will be responsible for driving the strategy development and planning for new digital media campaigns and pilot programs. In this role, you will build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise, identify digital marketing needs, and develop campaign recommendations that drive business results. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as data-oriented, synthesizing data into actionable tactics to improve results.
EverBright is seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program. As a Digital Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be asked to:
Partner with business stakeholders to define marketing objectives and advertising initiatives throughout the year
Drive marketing strategy, KPI and goal setting, and digital best practices across the team
Deliver qualified leads to the website that ultimately convert into sales via optimization of inbound marketing efforts, including SEM/SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for agency partners, overseeing campaign strategy and execution
Be passionate about the numbers by digging into performance metrics and providing ideas for how to improve campaigns
Regular reporting on the success of campaigns, lead conversion, and website performance
Optimize website performance to increase conversion and directly impact revenue
Drive superior customer engagement practices and outcomes across digital channels
Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, tools, technologies, and platforms
Develop digital strategies that support B2B and B2C initiatives
Assist team with workload prioritization and campaign challenges
Knowledge shared with colleagues to establish a team culture of collaboration, innovation, curiosity, and passion
Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize work, ensure timely review and approval of digital campaign plans, convey updates and changes to both internal and agency partners
Demonstrate discipline and organization in executing projects, while building and maintaining great relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, and agency partners
Other tasks as assigned
Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics including social media advertising, paid search, programmatic display, web, and email
Excellent writing and editing skills
B2B experience is a plus
Experience working in social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros, or Hootsuite preferred
Experience in the solar industry a plus
Intermediate HTML skills are a plus
Experience with HubSpot a plus
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.) a plus
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's Degree
