We are seeking a well-qualified candidate who is passionate about driving the clean energy revolution by building a best-in-class residential financing program. As a Deal Processor, you will be asked to:
Review project submissions efficiently and accurately
Communicate issues clearly to customers and co-ordinate adjustments to submissions
Ensure all quality standards and service levels are being met to provide our customers with industry best project approval process and support
This position will be responsible for reviewing financing submissions and ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data, upholding all fund obligations. This role will require gaining a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry and applying this knowledge to the review of financing submissions.
Become an expert on both financing and operations workflow
Analyze, process and review financing submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with our requirements
Utilize exceptional analytical abilities to detect discrepancies or errors in project submissions by our customers
Communicate issues clearly to customers and co-ordinate adjustments to submissions
Proactively escalate potential errors or anomalies to management
Work with team members, supervisors and management to adhere to quality standards and achieve service level goals
Serve as a voice of the customer and work with cross-functional partners to improve the financing program and processes
Identify and recommend improvements to our internal support tools and drive scalable solutions to support our growing customer base
Create a positive work environment through collaborating with direct teammates and internal stakeholders
Employees in this role supervise a team responsible for handing various types of customer transactions. This position develops and mentors team members and ensures employees move through career path by providing coaching and assistance with employee issues. Individuals are responsible for staff management, employee motivation and recognition, and process execution.
Manages employee performance, audits payroll, and maintains accurate personnel documentation
Creates, implements, and manages employee motivation and recognition activities
Manages work schedules and evening and weekend operations
Participates on project teams for care center and new system implementation
Participates on cross-functional teams - quality, safety, calibration sessions, corporate initiatives, operational efficiency, etc.
Manages product reliability due to weather, storm, and on-call or load management
Investigates and responds to Public Service Commission (PSC) and media complaints
Drives a culture of safety
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Experience in solar or motivated to learn more about the solar industry
Strong proficiency using SaaS software
Operations processing experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 4+ years
