Every day, EverBright supports hundreds of solar companies across the US, ensuring they have the tools to be successful and accelerate consumer adoption of clean energy.

We are looking for a talented Channel Sales Manager to join our high-performing Channel Partner Sales team to build a productive bridge between EverBright and its channel partners. This position reports to the VP of Sales and is essential to the growth and performance of our channel network.

 

Job Overview

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing the defined revenue and volume objectives for Channel Partners. This job is responsible for managing the defined revenue and volume objectives for Channel Partners. Leaders in this job provide direction to Channel sales associates related to product knowledge and selling techniques.

 

Job Duties

  • Location: Juno Beach, FL preferred or remote option available

  • Ensures effective implementation of the strategies designed to obtain Company goals and objectives

  • Contributes to the budgeting, reforecasting, and annual planning process to assure sufficient resources are available to meet outlined objectives

  • Gathers and distributes industry information to ensure employees are aware of current industry trends

  • Gathers and forwards competitive information to ensure senior management is aware of current market trends

  • Identifies and recruits potential partners by vetting new partners through the qualification and onboarding process

  • Assists partners with revenue-generating activities (webinars, conference calls, lunch and learns, etc.)

  • Negotiates contracts with partners and customers

  • Trains all new and existing partners, partners’ employees, and sub-agents

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Manages commission payout to partners

  • Assists partners with revenue-generating activities (webinars, conference calls, lunch and learns, etc.)

  • Negotiates contracts with partners and customers

  • Trains all new and existing partners, partners’ employees, and sub agents

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, account management, or business development experience

  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A high level of energy, motivation, initiative, commitment, and professionalism

  • Excellent time management and discipline to handle many demos, calls, and meetings each day

  • Ability to learn new technology and procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce

  • A high degree of empathy toward customers and a strong desire to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Previous experience in the solar and/or renewable energy industry; previous experience with B2B software

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Excellent telephone and general customer service skills

  • BS/BA degree

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

  • Experience:8+ years

  • Supervisor/Management Experience:2+ years
